Team Telek@m have just reveal that they have signed a new rider, Dirk have joined his new team today after having participated in a last race with his original team Cycaust. However the transfer fee has not been revealed but considering the fact that Telek@m had to sell some of their talented riders and even sent Jacques to Cycaust for almost nothing let us imagine how must Dirk transfer has been expensive.
Didier stated
" I have been following Dirk progress for a very long time now and enquired about him several time until I could find an agreement with Cycaust manager. Dirk is the rider who has the most climbing skills and we are looking forward to sign him in Germany tour as captain where I'm sure he will bring sucess to the team. Dirk cost us a lot of money... Enough money to train 2 riders but lately I have been training some riders who maxed really early & I didn't want to bargain on any other riders prefering to buy one who is very trained and who will certainly do well in division 1."
M.Cabral stated
"the arrival of Dirk in the team did cause all the riders to be septical about their future roles in a team where it seems that lack of results can see you being listed on the transfer market. Nestor was a very close friend of
Mine and the team mate I would prefer to have in the mountains but the manager didn't hesitate one minute to sell him to FFL to get the money for Dirk's transfer. Didier gave me my chance to be captain in the Germany tour but I failed to deliver the results and for this season I will be a team mate."
Dirk stated
" I'm new to this team and I do not want to create tensions with my new team mates. I am here only do to my job and whatever the manager tells me to do. Telek@m is a very good teams with established riders and it is an honnor for me to be part of that team. My team mates are very good riders, Kurt managed to win Perm tour and got a lot of results during the last season and M.Cabral managed to win a race beating the great Ame and also had a lot of results for the team."
Last season results for Telek@m have been more than satisfactory but it seems that it is not enough for manager Didier Brunel who Might aim this season to finish in top 10.

Wow! Things can go fast in a month.

At the moment he is not for sale. I'm not sure if i ever sell him, so I not even thought about a suitable price.

I won't tell exactly The price I paid but he did cost more than what you had to pay for Nico Holt FFL
hmmm, less than a month ago I said I was prepared to pay 300k, maybe more for Dirk and was told by Cycaust he had already been offered 300k but he was not for sale.
What changed? Why didn't he try and get more from other teams, Dirk is a fantasstic rider!!
